Enabling “Medicines from the Sky” for the remotest hard-to-reach terrain in the Lower Subhansiri District, Arunachal Pradesh for transporting medicines

In collaboration with the Government of Arunachal Pradesh and the World Economic Forum, we have begun operations to enable "Medicines from the Sky" for the remotest parts of the Lower Subansiri District in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. For the project, we shall be transporting medical supplies to different remotest hard-to-reach areas of the state beginning from Lower Subansiri District.

The project is aimed at improving the lives of those who are residing in the hard-to-reach areas of the state and sometimes they have to trek to reach a certain location. TechEagle's made-in-India drone delivery solution will guarantee regular and consistent transportation of life-saving medications and other emergency healthcare supplies to save and enhance the lives of those living in such areas.

The project was flagged off by Shri Alo Libang - Hon’ble Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of Arunachal Pradesh. The flight took off from Ziro Valley in the Lower Subansiri, and flew the cargo to Chambang, traveling an aerial distance of 31 km in just 21 minutes and via road, it takes around 8 hours to reach Chambang from Ziro Valley.

When compared to road transportation, TechEagle's indigenously designed drone delivery solution transported the goods 24 times faster.
